Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or give you a return.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return.

We will send you a prepaid shipping label.

In order for the product to be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure these conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging

Product must include original tags (if applicable)

We have a 30-day Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange.

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
